Prices
- The core features of the service are available free of charge. - Prices for paid plans and paid content (such as drills sold on the Drill Market) are shown on each purchase or sign-up screen. - On the Drill Market, we charge sellers a platform fee of 30% of the sale price for sellers with 10 or fewer listed drills, and 15% for sellers with 11 or more (the rate at the time of purchase applies).
Fees other than the price
Internet connection and communication charges required to use the service, and the preparation of a compatible device, are the customer's responsibility.
Payment method
Credit card (payments are processed via Stripe).
Payment timing
- One-time purchases of paid content: charged upon completion of the purchase. - Subscriptions (recurring billing): charged at sign-up and on each renewal date thereafter.
Timing of service provision
Available for use on the service immediately after payment is completed.
Returns, cancellation and termination
- Due to the nature of digital content and services, refunds or cancellations after provision has begun are not accepted in principle. - For subscriptions, cancelling before the next renewal date stops any further charges (no pro-rated refund is given for cancellation mid-term). - You may delete (close) your account at any time from the settings screen. - If purchased content has a material defect, contact support@newdih.com.
