Article 1 (Service description)
NEWDIH APP is a cloud service provided by NEWJI INC. ("we") that supports the operation of football clubs (teams / players / matches / training / video analysis / calendar). The service is provided in beta (Phase 1) and features may change without prior notice.
Article 2 (Eligibility)
The service is available to users aged 13 and older. Users aged 13-17 must use it with guardian consent. Users under 13 may not use this service.
Article 3 (Account)
- Users must create their Passport with accurate information. - Misuse, sharing, or transfer of a Passport is prohibited. - Users are responsible for managing their Passport.
Article 4 (Pricing)
The core features of the service are currently provided free of charge (any future paid plans will be announced at least 30 days in advance). Paid content and features, such as the Drill Market, are offered at individually displayed prices.
Article 5 (Intellectual property)
- Software, design, and documentation belong to us or our licensors. - Content uploaded by users belongs to the users. We may use, store, and display it as necessary to provide the service.
Article 6 (Prohibited acts)
The following acts are prohibited: - Impersonation - Illegal acts or acts contrary to public order - Unauthorized use / reverse engineering of the service - Harassment of other users - Violations of the NEWDIH PASS CODE (user code of conduct)
Article 7 (Disclaimer)
- We do not guarantee the completeness / accuracy / usefulness of the service. - Our liability arising from the service is limited to the extent permitted by law. - We are not liable for natural disasters / network outages / third-party service failures.
Article 8 (Termination)
Users may delete their account at any time. We may suspend / delete accounts without prior notice if users violate these terms.
Article 9 (Governing law and jurisdiction)
These terms are governed by Japanese law. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
Article 10 (Drill Market)
- The Drill Market is a venue we provide where users (sellers) offer drills they created to other users (buyers) for a fee. The sales contract is formed between the seller and the buyer; we act as the payment and platform provider. - Payments are processed via Stripe. To receive proceeds, sellers must complete identity verification (KYC) and register a payout account through Stripe Connect. - We charge a platform fee of 30% of the sale price for sellers with 10 or fewer listed drills, and 15% for sellers with 11 or more (the rate at the time of purchase applies). Fee rates may change with prior notice. - Buyers may use purchased drills within their own coaching activities and their club's training. Copying, redistribution, resale, or secondary sale of purchased content is prohibited. - Due to the nature of digital content, refunds are not accepted in principle. If the content has a material defect, contact us via section 8 of the Privacy Policy. - Copyright of listed content belongs to the seller. Sellers warrant that their content does not infringe third-party rights.
