1. Purpose of collecting personal information
NEWJI INC. (operator of the NEWDIH football brand and this NEWDIH APP service; "we") collects personal information to provide the service, verify identity, monitor usage, prevent abuse, improve the service, and respond to inquiries.
2. Information we collect
- Name / email / date of birth - Affiliated club / coach or player ID - Videos / training records / tactical drawings - Sign-in history / IP address (hashed) / User-Agent - Inquiry contents
3. Encryption and protection
- Email is stored as HMAC-SHA256 (lookup hash) and AES-256-GCM (reversible encryption); never as plaintext. - Videos are stored on Cloudflare Stream and accessible only via signed URLs. Processed frames and thumbnail images generated for AI analysis are stored on Cloudflare R2. - All traffic is encrypted with TLS 1.2+.
4. Third-party transfers
We don't share personal data without consent, except with these service providers: - Clerk (authentication) - Cloudflare (video / image delivery / Stream & R2 storage) - Stripe (payments / future) - Anthropic (AI features) - Email provider (Resend, etc.) - External storage integrations (only when you connect them): Google Drive / OneDrive (Microsoft) / Box / Dropbox. When connected, we access video files in your own storage using an authentication token that we issue and store encrypted. ・Google (analytics / Google Analytics). To understand how the service is used, we send information collected via cookies and similar technologies to Google. While you are signed in, we also send an identifier that we have irreversibly transformed (it contains no name, email address, or similar) so that your activity can be counted as the same user across devices.
Use of cookies
We use the following cookies on this service. ・Essential cookies: keeping you signed in (Clerk), CSRF protection, and language preference. These are required to provide the service and cannot be turned off. ・Analytics cookies: cookies set by Google Analytics (GA4) — `_ga` and cookies starting with `_ga_`. They are used only to understand which screens are used and how often, so we can improve the service. We do not use advertising cookies. How analytics cookies are handled depends on where you access the service from. ・Access from the EU, the UK, the EEA or Switzerland: no analytics cookies are used until you give prior consent (opt-in). A consent banner is shown on your first visit. ・Access from other regions: analytics cookies are used on the basis of the disclosure in this policy and a notice shown on your first visit. You can stop them at any time via “Opt out” on the banner or “Change cookie settings” on this page. If you choose to stop them, no further analytics cookies are issued and any analytics cookies already stored are deleted. You can also refuse or delete cookies in your browser settings.
5. Handling of minors aged 13-17
Use by 13-17 year-olds requires guardian consent. When invited as a player by a club, the invitation email is sent to the guardian's address, and the guardian accepts using their own Passport.
6. Your rights
- You may request disclosure, correction, suspension, or deletion of your personal data we hold. - Contact us via email (section 8).
7. Retention period
- Active account data: while the account is active. - After account deletion: erased or anonymized within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., 7 years for invoices). - Audit logs: 365 days.
